In the USA, parent who are making arrangements for the adoption of a foreign child are asked to submit adoption papers at border points. In order for those documents to be accepted, they must be translated by a Certified Translation Agency. Certified and Notarized apdotion papers are also required by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
